Improving Professional Knowledge

SBB (the centre of expertise for technical craftsmanship) recognizes training companies. Those awarded the title of ‘Recognized Training Company’ are committed to contributing to the enhancement of technical craftsmanship among young individuals.

At Airconveyors International, this recognition demonstrates our ability to guarantee and promote the quality of craftsmanship. Apprentices and students from vocational education (vmbo), secondary vocational education (mbo), and higher education (hbo) spend three or four days a week working with us, while dedicating one or two days to school to strengthen their theoretical foundation.

Most young employees in the BBL (work and learn) programme typically come from technical education institutions in the region. We assist them in becoming fully qualified professionals. This requires significant guidance from our side, but it also produces something valuable for us: the opportunity to have a skilled and dedicated new employee, enabling us to maintain our leading position in the market for years to come.
